To the right is the worthmore bridge as mentioned in article. On an abandoned road, in Saline county Missouri, it stands where early settlers began their journey along the Santa Fe trail. Not far from this bridge, William Asa Finley built his cabin as one of the first Missouri settlers to that area around 1822 to 1825. |
